I'm quite active, I use the gym so only use the toning centre to help release locked muscles around my neck and the vibration training to enhance my workouts. My first time back today in several years and I’m so glad I rejoined. The personal training from Liz as exceptional and went through all the machines and what areas they will help me in . Really looking forward to my next sessions and feeling such a positive vibe from there. Must also say how covid safe it is . Each bed gets cleaned in between each client and all encouraged to hand gel on the way in and out and to follow the strict guidance for everyone’s safety and well being Thank you so much Donna

A few months ago my husband was told he had arthritis in both hips life was getting harder as we used to enjoy walking, but he unfortunately was unable to even do this activity.Unknown to him I took him to to the centre and we both joined. 1 month in and the transformation in his energy and flexibility is amazing still along away to go.I’ve also totally took the place to my heart and started to lose weight as has my husband onwards and upwards and we’re here to stay ❤️💙👍🏻

Eira, has been coming to us after her chemotherapy finished.

I can wholeheartedly recommend anyone with multiple problems, where by a Gym would not be able to help them. they would get the help and support from Julie.

This form of exercise allows me to workout at whatever pace I feel comfortable with.
