The hard to improve areas can be targeted with more ease than standard exercising. The plate massively improves the circulation and reduces fluid retention, stimulating the muscles into thinking they’re doing more exercise than they actually are. It also stimulates the muscle fibres, increasing strength without increasing muscles mass.
We will train you to find a workout suitable to your needs. Three times a week is suggested for best results starting with static movements, increasing to lightweight dynamic movements to keep up with your improving fitness/strength and mobility.
